Our delivery area is Melbourne Metro at this stage and delivery days will be Saturdays as we do need someone to be home for delivery. If no one is home we will bring our products back to our kitchen and delivery fee will be charged.
Orders can be picked up from our kitchen in Attwood or from Rose St Pantry in Fitzroy.
Please freeze or refrigerate our products immediately upon receiving them.
You must provide us with accurate delivery information and contact details. We will only deliver to a physical address. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Deliveries are on Saturdays between 9am to 1pm. You must order before 8pm on Wednesday to receive your delivery on Saturday. If you order after these times, your product/s will be delivered the following Saturday.
We will confirm the approximate delivery time with you via email, sms or the contact details you have provided.
Despite the above, delivery dates and times are estimates only. While we will aim to deliver on the date, and during the window, that we have advised, we may not always be able to do so, and we will not be liable to you or any other person for any delay in delivery. Where delivery is delayed, we will endeavour to provide you with notice of the delay as soon as possible.
Our products are perishable and require freezing or refrigeration at all times. By proceeding with the checkout, you agree that you or an authorised person will be at the delivery address to receive the product and place it in the freezer or refrigeration.
If you or an authorised person are not present at the delivery address during the delivery time to accept the products, we will not leave the product/s unattended (unless otherwise agreed) due to the need for refrigeration.
If our delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to reschedule delivery at another date and time, which will incur another delivery fee to cover our costs reasonably incurred in re-delivering and associated handling of the goods.
You agree that when we deliver products to you, risk in the products passes to you when the products are accepted at the Delivery Address.
