Potato & Leek Gnocchi with Pear, Gorgonzola Cheese & Walnuts

Are you wondering “how do I make an easy pasta”? We’ve made it simple for you,  sharing a delicious recipe using our Green Almond Foods frozen Potato and Leek Gnocchi. Our gnocchi are gluten free and vegan friendly.

Ingredients:

1 Packet Green Almond Foods frozen Potato & Leek Gnocchi
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Green pear
50g Gorgonzola cheese
Handful of toasted walnuts
Pepper to taste

Method:

Step 1
Add oil to the frypan, while heating, add in grated pear, add in crumbled cheese, and cook on low heat until melted. Turn heat off

Step 2
Cook frozen gnocchi as per instructions, add into cheese sauce. Top with walnuts and pepper.
